Our Presence: We operate from Bengaluru, Karnataka, with outreach programmes in other districts of the State. Our telephonic counselling and guidance support is offered pan India.

SA-MUDRA FOUNDATION

SA-MUDRA FOUNDATION is a registered charitable organisation, based in Bangalore, dedicated towards providing a comprehensive and holistic approach towards youth wellness and empowerment. Established in 2008, we have been able to impact the lives of around 1,80,000 people through various initiatives. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been able to reach out and support people. Over the years, we have been able to collaborate and work with people from different backgrounds of the society like students, teachers, parents, counsellors, trainers NGO’s, organisations (Public & Private ) and more in creating a positive impact and striving towards achieving our objectives. We at SA-MUDRA FOUNDATION, through psychosocial interventions and employability enhancement initiatives seek to aid the youth in dealing with factors like stress, depression, trauma and other psychological injuries; empower them in overcoming their psychological barriers; and achieve their true potential. We are also committed in creating awareness about suicide prevention and mental health.

Key Milestones

2008: SA-MUDRA FOUNDATION registered. YUVA HELPLINE conceptualised and presented to Government (DYES).

2009: Helpline services extended to PUC Examination Board. Counselling and personality development training programmes introduced in schools and colleges.

2010: Helpline services extended to SSLC examination board empanel with Department of Collegiate Education to implement life skill and live wood skill training in 40 government colleges across Karnataka.

2011: Empaneled with Karnataka Vocational Training and Skill Development Board to conduct Life skills and English Language improvement programs in rural Government ITIs.

2013: Partnered with KVTSDC and Ministry of Corporate Affairs to conduct mega Job Mela. Presented SA-MUDRA YUVA PURASKAR to youth achievers.

2014: Partnered with Smile Foundation for STEP – employability training for school dropout students. Availed FCRA registration.

2015: Partnered with Tech Mahindra Foundation SMART project for vocational training for unemployed youth. #Lovelife campaign and Moulya-Kaushalya programme launched.

2017: Mega musical event held at Ambedkar Bhawan raised rupees 2 lakh fund.

2018: Partner with Dhwani foundation for nirathara programme received Toyoda Gosei CSR sponsorship for Moulya- kaushallya.

2019: SA-MUDRA FOUNDATION became a fully compliant NGO registered for 12A, 80G, Darpan, posh, CPP etc.
