This is a project very thoughtfully focused on the economic well-being of unemployed, underemployed youth (17 to 35 years) from economically poorer families, as an extension of counselling and guidance. 

During their 3-month training at SA-MUDRA FOUNDATION, the young men and women receive life values along with building positive self-image.

Job entry skills consisting of WHO proposed life skills and employment-oriented skills such as Functional English, Basic Computer Operation, Retail and Customer Relationship, Tally, Front Desk Operation etc, besides industry exposure, job market expertise, resume & interview preparation. 

Our special focus is on rural, semi-urban Karnataka, migrant youth and from slums of Bengaluru. So, we create decent livelihood alternatives and self-reliant people.

This project helps to build positive personality, mainstream has fallen out youth into the society as active, responsible and self-reliant citizens.
